| Puppy Training Classes |
Congratulations on your new puppy! Our puppy training classes are aimed at helping you get to know your
special new friend and helping your puppy become a happy, healthy, well-mannered dog. Our training is
"preventative training" because it is easier to prevent bad behavior than it is to correct after it has
started. Classes will meet between 45 to 60 minutes once a week for five weeks.

- how to teach your puppy basic commands such as sit, down, and come
- how to get your puppy to walk on a leash
- basic grooming

* ear cleaning
* dental care
* nail trimming
- housebreaking tips
- information about proper nutrition
- socialization exercises
For the health and safety of all the puppies in the class, puppies participating in the puppy training classes
must have documentation of immunizations before the first day of class. Please bring your puppy's current shot
records, favorite toy, and favorite treats. Also please dress in comfortable clothing and shoes.
